Cornerstone Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to produce and coordinate technical design across residential and commercial projects. Role & Responsibilities

·         Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages

·         Deliver projects through RIBA stages with a technical focus

·         Coordinate with consultants and contractors

·         Undertake site visits and surveys

·         Manage workloads and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For

·         5+ years’ experience in an architectural technician role

·         Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience an advantage)

·         Sound knowledge of UK/Isle of Man Building Regulations

·         Strong technical detailing ability

·         Confident communicator and team player
