Cornerstone Architects is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to produce and coordinate technical design across residential and commercial projects. Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
Deliver projects through RIBA stages with a technical focus
Coordinate with consultants and contractors
Undertake site visits and surveys
Manage workloads and support junior team members

5+ years’ experience in an architectural technician role
Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience an advantage)
Sound knowledge of UK/Isle of Man Building Regulations
Strong technical detailing ability
Confident communicator and team player
